Today, Alex combines classical European techniques with modern creativity, producing chocolates that celebrate both tradition and innovation.

Every truffle and praline is handcrafted in his Salzburg atelier using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Alex works closely with cocoa farmers, prioritising responsible cultivation and exceptional bean quality.
